It has now been 2 months, and though I can’t necessarily say that things are any easier overall, there is a different feel to the air as the summer solstice passes us by and some of our beloved friends prepare to move forward onto the next stage of their lives.
On June 17, 2017, we laid to rest the ashes of Ryan West at Woodlawn Cemetery. Should you wish to pay your respects, you may visit Woodlawn Cemetery using the 233rd St/Webster Avenue entrance, and ask for directions to the Brookside Cremation Garden. The #4 train goes straight there. Visitation hours are Mon-Sat from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and there is a stone bench in front of his grave, so please feel free to spend as much time as you need.
In the meantime, thank you all for your continued support and love, and best of luck to those of you moving on to the next stage of life. Life, as always, pushes relentlessly forward, as we do our best to stay adrift. No matter what, you always have a huge community of people who love you.
